Can I stay at home while you work?+
Usually, yes. We discuss access, working arrangements and how to keep disruption manageable before starting. If this is your only bathroom, we agree how you will manage while it is out of use.
Do you handle the whole installation?+
Our experienced bathroom fitters carry out your agreed refurbishment from preparation to finishing, with the work coordinated and progress clearly communicated. Your written quotation sets out the exact scope and any specialist work.
Can you work with a design I already have?+
Yes. We review your drawings, product choices and the practical details on site before confirming the installation scope.
What if you uncover a problem?+
Older plumbing, damaged floors or unsuitable walls sometimes become apparent after removal. We explain the issue and agree any additional cost with you before proceeding.
Do I need to buy everything myself?+
We can advise on and supply suitable fixtures, fittings and tiles. If you already have products, we check compatibility, condition and availability before agreeing the work.
Is the 3D design service included?+
3D design is a separate paid service. Its cost is deducted from your final project total if you proceed with Baptist Bathrooms. We confirm the fee before you book.
When can you start?+
Availability depends on the team’s schedule, the design and product lead times. Call our team to discuss your preferred dates; a start date is confirmed once the scope and materials are agreed.
